XRP Fell More Than Bitcoin at Noon, and the Only Lean Is Thin
At noon Eastern on Thursday, XRP was down 5.10% from where it started the 24-hour window, while Bitcoin was down 2.09%; the only upcoming window with any lean rests on a 27% history.

At noon Eastern on Thursday, XRP was down 5.10% compared with where it started the 24-hour window. Bitcoin was down 2.09% over the same stretch, and its 24-hour range ran from $83,655 at the high to $80,860 at the low β a spread of about 3.5%. Its largest single-hour move came in the hour starting 11 a.m. Eastern, when it fell 2.0%. The record measures both coins against 23 days of history.
One thing to learn from this: a "lean" is not a forecast. The market record on the desk marks a lean for XRP in the 12:15β12:30 p.m. Eastern window, meaning that half-hour has tended one way in the past. The record says that in 22 comparable days, that window ended higher 27% of the time. That is a fact about the past, not a promise about the next half hour. Bitcoin has no window with a lean right now.
